Educated Cathays High School, Cardiff and Cambridge University (awarded Blue 1967). British Lion on 1968 tour to South Africa. Played for Cardiff and then London Welsh. Joined Newport 1969-70 until 1970-71.

Also played for Bridgend and Barbarians.

Played 11 times for Wales 1967-1970.
